Yoga - This ancient art form focuses on flexibility, balance and inner poise. Gently move from one pose to another as you feel your body lengthen from within

Pilates -  The mind/body approach will leave you feeling taller, stonger and invigorated. The focus is on good posture, developing core stabalisation and all over body strength. Suitable for all levels of ability

BodyBalance -  Combines the fundamental principles and practices of Yoga, Pilates & Tai Chi that will leave you feeling relaxed & renewed. Additional class Mondays at 11.30am
