The management & operation of a range of venues & facilities, has been transferred from Bournemouth Borough Council to BH Live (Leisure, International Venues & Events), a Company Limited by Guarantee with Charity Commission registration pending.
These facilities include the; Bournemouth International Centre, Bournemouth Pavilion, Littledown Centre, Pelhams Park Leisure Centre, Stokewood Leisure Centre, Sir David English Sports Centre & Kinson Swimming Pool.
BH Live has been established to promote leisure and cultural opportunities for public benefit.
At Pelhams Park Leisure Centre, Bournemouth Borough Council will continue to manage the alterations project until it has completed in late 2010.
