Pelhams Park Leisure Centre now offers a new Exercise for Health Referral Programme for local people with medical concerns who want to improve their health, fitness and wellbeing.

An addition to the programmes at the Littledown Centre and Stokewood Leisure Centre which have already benefited over 12,000 local people, you can join the programme at Pelhams Park Leisure Centre by referral from your doctor or health professional for only £7.50 and enjoy a host of benefits including:

• A one to one consultation with a specially trained Exercise for Health advisor
• Activity recommendations to suit your personal needs and goals
• A free gym induction if required
• 12 weeks of price reductions on specific activities (approx 40% less)
• An information/support pack to help you on your way
• Health and fitness topic talks to increase your potential for success
• Follow up telephone support
• A telephone support line

All this for just £7.50
